What will Masslogics Trucking Software do for my business?

How long does it take to get set up after purchase?

Once the initial payment is made, your Masslogics account will be operational the next business day. You will then be contacted by our support staff to schedule your first training session.  They are usually scheduled within 1-3 business days of the purchase.

How secure is my data?

We take data security extremely seriously, and take every precaution possible to ensure your data is safe and available.

Servers.  Masslogics runs in the Microsoft Clout platform called Azure. Not only are there security controls at Microsoft, but we have additional encryption security layers on each individual web page.

Backups.  We back up the database multiple times each day so if there ever is a problem we can restore the entire database within minutes. Additoinally every user is provided with the ability to download all account data to a local computer.

Staff.  Masslogics only employs top level staffers, and all are required to sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.

Is there a limit to how much data my company can store?

No. You can store as much data as you wish, and you will have access to it for as long as there is an active user license on the account.

How many users can be on the system at one time?

That depends on how many user licenses are purchased.  Each user license has a unique log-in ID, and all unique users are allowed on the system at the same time.  Being a web system, all the data is live and real-time, no matter where the users log in from.

Can two users share a log-in?

Yes.  However, only one can be on the system at a given time.  When a second user logs in using a log-in ID already in use, the first user will get booted out of the system.  This is intentionally designed this way so you can leave your office and log in from home even if you forgot to log out at the office.

How much does the set-up or training cost?

We do not charge for set-up or training.  We provide unlimited support so you can schedule as many training sessions as you need.  We also provide a library of training videos which are available online all day every day.

What is the return or cancellation policy?

We do not offer a returns or cancellations. We will take as much time as you need with online demos to answer all of your questions before purchase. Our agreements have a minimum term of one year.

How much does it cost?

We get this question rather often during the first conversation with a potential client. The short answer is Masslogics is affordable for any fleet of 10 trucks or more. But the real answer is more complex.
