They can have voice activated dialing on their cell so as not to have to dial - so that should alleviate a lot of their problems. I haven't heard of any ruling on CB's as to whether or not that is included in the ban or not nor the 2 way radios. There should be something that can accomodate surely in this day & age in technology.
