Drivers who work for Barr-Nunn’s Ohio and Midwest Regional Fleet received some welcome news recently. Beginning August 1st drivers will receive a $.01 increase per mile. Not only is this increase offered to existing drivers but new hires as well. This increase is in addition to the recent program with the intention of giving some drivers the opportunity to increase their pay.
With fuel prices through the roof, inflation on the rises and the economy weakening this news could not have come at a better time. Drivers throughout the Midwest will surely be looking forward to August.
Hopefully other companies will follow suit.
