The election has been on the minds of almost everyone in the country and a lot of people in other parts of the world, as well. That’s important, because it was a huge, historic thing that took place. However, many of these people don’t stop to think about the truckers that keep this country going and the kinds of problems that they are facing.
The economy is on their minds, and most of them have been supporting the candidate that they think is going to do the most to help that economy. Whichever candidate they supported, one of them has won now and the truckers must go along with what that will do to the economy. That doesn’t mean, though, that they necessarily think that it’s a good thing or that they are happy.
The election hasn’t really changed anything for truckers, either, and it won’t until the new president takes office and – potentially – makes changes that will help truckers and other people benefit from a better economy.
